I created my strategy coaching website as both a professional offering and a thought platform. The idea began with a simple question: what if I put out a shingle as a strategy coach? I bring three strengths to that role—I know a lot, I’m a good listener, and I deeply understand what it’s like to be a round peg in a square world.

From there, I built a site that works on two levels:

  • Service — A place where potential clients can see how I approach strategy coaching and what working with me involves.
  • Content — A blog where I publish my reflections on neurodivergence: how neurodivergent people think, communicate, and operate differently, and what it takes to design strategies that truly fit.

In practice, the blog informs the service. Writing helps me articulate frameworks, metaphors, and insights that then shape how I work with clients. The overall design emphasizes clarity and accessibility, aligning with my belief that neurodivergence isn’t something to “fix” but a different operating system that deserves its own tools and approaches.
